A dynamic style of class that uses treadmills, strength benches and mat based movements to provide a total body workout. From low intensity and low impact to high intensity and strength, The Track will offer a wide variety of classes that cater to all fitness levels and abilities. You do not need to be a runner to enjoy these classes! The treadmills are simply a tool for integrating cardio into the workout, providing a new challenge and opportunity to build our aerobic capacity.

Half the time will be spent on the treadmills, with the other half spent on the floor, using our fully kitted strength benches, weights, bands and more. You can anticipate multiple switches throughout class, limiting the time spent on both the treadmills and floor. We’ve spent a fair bit of time testing the programming to ensure it can be modified and customized to different needs. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve developed!

  • We are currently awaiting the arrival of our equipment (treadmills and strength benches) which are coming from overseas. Estimated arrival for the equipment is early December, and so we are hoping to open mid December.

  • All of our presale offers activate on the purchase date, so you’ll be able to use the membership at our Quinpool location in the mean time! If you would like to delay the start of your membership, please email us with the desired start date: info@moveeaststudios.com.

    Memberships must be activated by December 31, 2024.

  • Our presale offers are the best way (and best value) to give us a try! We suggest opting for the 3 month commitment if you’re looking more short term.

    If MOVE EAST proves not to be a good fit after giving it a fair chance, or your circumstances change, we have never been ones to lock folks into a membership.

    Alternatively, you can wait until we open and use one of our Intro Offers to try us out first! However these presale offers will not be available at that time. We do not offer free trials.

  • We are bringing a very unique experience to Larry Uteck! Over the last few months, our team has been developing dynamic workouts that speak to all fitness levels. Though the workouts include treadmills, you are only spending (on average) 5-10 minutes on them at a time. Half the time is spent on the floor, with our fully kitted strength benches, with the other half on the treadmill.

  • That is a resounding YES! Under one membership you have access to:

    • The Field (Quinpool): Strength & conditioning, HIIT, bootcamp

    • The Cabin (Quinpool): Low Impact Strength Training (LIST™), yoga, mat Pilates, stretch and meditation

    • The Track (Larry Uteck): Treadmill, strength, HIIT and low impact

    Whether you have a class pack or membership (presale or standard), both options can be used at either location. We are not offering location-specific memberships at this time.

  • We are an independently (young female) owned studio with strong East Coast roots. We have an all-star team of experienced, certified and passionate instructors.

  • Yes! If you are currently a member with an active membership, you are welcome to keep it as is, and it will be unaffected by our new standard pricing. So long as it is kept active, it’s yours to hang onto. Because we have archived our old pricing, once cancelled, the membership will be unavailable again in the future.

  • We are excited to be joining the Larry Uteck community! We are located at 27 Dellridge Lane. And yes, there is tons of on-site parking.

  • The Track is much smaller than our Quinpool location. But still such a cool space! Please note there are no showers at The Track, only our Quinpool location has showers.
