  • You are welcome to bring your own mat, however we supply all members with a Manduka mat for class, free of charge.

  • The cabin is heated with far infrared heating panels, which provide a therapeutic type of heat that keeps the air clear and breathable. It feels a lot like sunshine, and heats your core body temperature instead of the air.

    The average temperate will fluctuate between 32 & 35 degrees celcius. Please bring water. If you have any medical issues please consult your physician before taking class.

  • Well, we're honoured you're starting your journey with us! The hardest part is getting started. We are passionate about creating a space for all fitness levels, where everyone feels welcome.

    If this is new to you, simply give us a heads up and our coaches will make sure you're set up for success.

  • It is easiest to manage your classes through our app. On the app homepage, you'll see all of your upcoming classes.

    To cancel, hit 'view' and then 'Cancel Reservation'. Or, sign in through 'My Account' at the top of this page in the navigation. Once signed in, navigate to the 'bookings' tab to view all past & upcoming reservations.

  • To cancel your membership, sign into your account through our website, hit the purchases tab, click the 3 yellow dots next to the membership you wish to cancel, hit cancel from the drop down.

    If you cancel your membership and wish to resume later on, you will have to sign up again with the current rates. This applies to our founder memberships - after cancelling, that rate will no longer be available.

  • All recurring memberships can be frozen twice per year, for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 3 months.

    A $20+tax charge per freeze, per month will apply. If you freeze for 3 weeks = 1x $20 charge; if you freeze for 2 months = you will be charged $20 twice (once per month).

    All class packs (except for the Intro Offer) have a 1 year expiry and can not be frozen.

    As always, we strive to accommodate our members where possible. Please email us if you have any questions or require special accommodation. Please respect this policy, as it is very time consuming for us to manage frozen memberships.

  • Memberships and class packs activate on your purchase date. If you need to push your activation date, please send us an email.

  • We do! 3 classes for $39 and $99 for 1 month unlimited. You can do one or the other.

  • Yes we do! We require proof enrolment to keep on file. Our Student Unlimited Membership is $150/mo or 15% off our 5 and 10 class packs. Student discounts can't be combined with other promotional offers.

    We also offer special rates for healthcare providers. Please email us for more information!

  • We get it. Life happens. Please try and arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated. We allow a 5 minute grace period at the beginning of classes in The Field. Latecomers will not be permitted in The Cabin due to the orientation of the class.

  • We have a water fountain, so please bring your water bottle!

  • We have both sweat towels and shower towels, which are included with your membership/class pack.

  • Yes! We have two showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hair dryers too!

  • LIST stands for Low Impact Strength Training. We take the principles of strength training and other movement disciplines (Pilates, Barre, Yoga, HIIT & Dance) to create workouts that build strength without the use of high impact exercises.

    We offer LIST in our heated studio (The Cabin) to promote mobility, flexibility and a type of sweat you’ll never get tired of.

  • We have a strict cancellation policy. We enforce a 8 hour cancellation window. Please see our Cancellation Policy.

  • Yes we do, we have hooks and cubbies. We ask that you take off your outdoor shoes at the front. Please do not leave your belongings overnight, take everything with you.

    We are not responsible for theft, damage or any valuables left on the premises.

  • Yes! We hold onto lost and found items for 3 weeks before donating them. Come collect your items at the front desk.

  • Our waitlist system is auto-enrols members in class, in the order they joined. You will receive an email notification when you’ve been successfully added.

    Members are able to see where they are in line and how many people in total are on the waitlist.

    Should you no longer wish to be enrolled in class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid a late cancel fee.

  • We sure do! We recommend using the app to book and manage your classes.

  • We will always be open 15 minutes before class starts. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. We are open intermittently throughout the day, and most weekday evenings from 5-830pm.

  • Yes! Bring your friends and earn $$$. Each member has a unique referral code that can be found in their account or at the bottom of any automatic email they receive, like after booking a class.

    When friends and family use your link, you both earn $10 which is automatically credited to your account.

  • Yes! We are situated on the cusp of a residential neighbourhood, so there’s ample free parking in behind our building. There’s also free parking along Quinpool Rd!

  • Sign into your account via our website by hitting ‘My Account’ in the top right hand of our homepage.

    Navigate to ‘Payment Methods’.

    Delete any expired cards and click ‘Add New’ to enter your new credit card info and hit save.

  • Want to share your class pack with a buddy? No problem.

    Person 1 makes the purchase

    Log into your account (via website) and hit the ‘Family Sharing' tab

    Hit 'Add New' and enter info for Person 2, using the email associated with their account. Alternatively, send us an email with Person 2's name & email and we'll set it up

    Person 1 will see Person 2 listed under Family Sharing

    Person 2 will have shared access to the 20 Pack, although it will not show up on their account. The membership 'lives' in Person 1's account

    When Person 2 goes to book a class, the 20 Class Pack will be available to book from, and it will show how many classes are left for your reference

    At this time, we can't split payments between members but this can be done independently
