WHAT MOVES YOU?

We are an independently owned movement brand with two studio locations in Halifax and Bedford. Our studios offer 3 unique concepts, providing members with variety in how they move their bodies. We are proud to welcome all fitness levels and abilities.

Our 25+ class styles span multiple modalities with varying levels of intensity. From low impact movement, Pilates and yoga to strength, HIIT and treadmills, the MOVE EAST experience is the only one of its kind on the East Coast of Canada.

    I’m a 41 year old mom of two with a busy lifestyle. I’ve been loving the challenging classes that Move East provides that always keeps me engaged and more accountable than working out alone in my home gym set up. Our instructors are experienced, certified and passionate leaders who share in our mission to create a fun and engaging workout environment for all.

We are big believers that all movement is good movement, as long as it feels good to you. That is what inspired us to create over 25 different class styles that cater to different preferences, abilities and goals.
