We offer some truly unique class styles that you won’t find anywhere else!

FIND YOUR FLO

Brought to you by Flo Meditation. This relaxing mindfulness-based meditation session will strengthen the body and mind connection. Develop resilience to stress and anxiety, and create space for focus, creativity and joy.

MOVE WITH JOY

This class is all about finding JOY in functional movement. It includes all the hallmarks of a good workout: foundational movement patterns, conditioning and full body strength. A challenging yet accessible class for all fitness levels!

30 FOR THIRTY

Enjoy 30 minutes of a full body workout in The Field and 30 minutes of heated deep stretching in The Cabin. This class strives to offer balance for those seeking a well-rounded workout, and is great for beginners if you’re new to our studio.

SWEAT FEST

A festival of SWEAT. This 75min class is divided between The Field and The Cabin. Experience 30min of HIIT in The Field and 30min of Low Impact Strength Training (LIST), with time to transition in between. You’ll see this class pop up periodically on the schedule — if you’re looking for a challenge, this is it!
