Our team-based approach to weight lifting is a highly unique aspect of our fitness programming. Strength training is a form of fitness that we use in every day life. Our strength classes focus on foundational movements patterns, progressive overload and muscle group specific programming.

Whether you are new to strength training or an advanced weight lifter, our signature strength class offers a challenge across all fitness levels.

POWERHOUSE

The focus of this class is to lift heavy — and safely — in a supportive environment. You can expect movement patterns such as the hinge, squat, push and pull to build a strong foundation for every day life. Each class is programmed as a full body workout, including strength based exercises and conditioning.

POWERHOUSE - UPPER

The focus of this class is upper body strength and power. POWERHOUSE is about lifting heavy in a controlled and supportive environment. This style of hypertrophy training uses supersets and Time Under Tension (TUT) to build a stronger version of you. If you're looking for a muscle group specific workout, look no further.

POWERHOUSE - LOWER

The focus of this class is lower body strength and power. POWERHOUSE is about lifting heavy in a controlled and supportive environment.
