Our HIIT-style classes bring interval training (and your fitness) to the next level. Whether it’s a metabolic conditioning circuit or a good ol’ fashioned bootcamp, our HIIT classes are dynamic and fun, using a variety of equipment and machines and supercharge your heart rate.

We’ve developed our very own signature HIIT classes that guarantee a good sweat and healthy push towards your fitness potential.

SWEAT EQUITY

This is our classic HIIT class, which uses a variety of equipment to help improve speed, agility and endurance in a fun, team-oriented environment. You can expect bootcamp style interval training & full body conditioning that will level up your fitness.

TABATA

Working in Tabata sets (20s work, 10s rest) for only 45 minutes, this quick & efficient fitness class uses a dynamic combo of HIIT movements, conditioning and equipment. Set up as a circuit, you can expect a challenging, high energy class that pushes you hard!
