FLOW MO

FLOW-MO(TION) is an all-levels Vinyasa yoga class that weaves together soulful, intentional movement and strong poses. The goal is to build heat and endurance, while creating space to go with the flow. Please note this class is heated.

UNWIND AND RESET

Led by RMT Liseanne MacPherson, this restorative yoga class consists of long holds, hands-on assists and a dreamy playlist to boot. You'll leave feeling stretched out, with a clear mind. Offered on the first Friday of every month. Please note this class is heated.

CORE FLOW

Core strength and flexibility woven into a meditative yet spicy power flow. Work through yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening the core from beginning to end. Please note this class is heated.
